Philippine Long Distance Telephone (PLDT) Company first vice president Richard N. Ferrer described Mayor Benjamin Lim as a leader in action for bringing worthwhile developments in Dagupan City.
In a speech delivered during a donation turnover ceremony on December 11 at the Gawad Kalinga-Bangusville housing project in Bonuan Gueset, Ferrer commended Mayor Lim “for being a leader driven to make a permanent change for his constituents.”
Ferrer, a bar topnotcher who studied at the University of Pangasinan, said that for several years under the leadership of traditional politicians, nothing happened in Dagupan. “But during the short term of Mayor Lim, we see progress in the city and has found a common direction,” he noted.
