This was disclosed by General Reynaldo V. Velasco, a retired three-star police general and a native son of Sta. Barbara, who is fully supporting the bikefest project as a means to promote the on-going anti-drug seminars his group has started since early this year.

Unknown to many, Velasco with the support of the Philippine National Police’s Community Relations Group headed by Chief Supt. Joel Goltiao has already conducted more than 10 anti-drug seminars called KAPANALIG (Kabataan Panlalawigan Laban sa Ilegal Na Droga) in the towns of Sta.
