Socialite Rosemarie “Baby” Arenas on Wednesday criticized third district Rep. Generoso Tulagan for allegedly failing to alleviate the people’s situation in the past nine years of his term.
Arenas, who was with her daughter Rachel during a news conference at the Pangasinan Regency Hotel, said that life remains difficult for the people in the district because they do not have access to health and education facilities, housing and micro-finance.
